Please find below the official statement from the production company, Varion Productions:
“Due to organizational reasons beyond our control, we are forced to cancel the Pierre Génisson & Friends concert scheduled at L’Olympia on May 13, 2025. Ticket holders may contact their original point of purchase for a refund in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale.”
If you purchased your tickets on L’Olympia’s website or at the box office, no action is required on your part to receive a refund. However, if we no longer have access to your banking details (due to an expired bank card, use of an American Express card, or a purchase made over a year ago), the box office team will contact you directly by email to request your bank account details (RIB).
