Cédric, Manu, Arthur, Julien and Andreas make up MPL. With swirling guitars, bass and electronic beats, MPL make the music of their time while blurring the tracks of time. MPL is a scroll that unfolds like a fairy tale, a band of five endearing boys shouting out their feelings in the face of storms. Heady melodies, poetic lyrics brimming with images and landscapes, and a determination to break away from the patterns imposed by society. In short, these are the boys of today, raising questions and daring to become something other than what the old world expects of them.
MPL’s latest album, Bonhommes, is born of this perpetual questioning of their masculinity and the affirmation of their sensibility.
