1. PRESENTATION OF THE ONLINE TICKETING SERVICE
www.olympiahall.com is the online ticketing service of the ticketing department of L’Olympia SA, whose head office is located at 18 rue de Caumartin 75009 Paris.
This department sells tickets for their shows presented at the Olympia on behalf of show producers/organisers.
The online ticketing service olympiahall.com allows to order in real time tickets for these shows.
2. BUYING / ORDERING TICKETS
It is possible to buy tickets for different shows by using the shopping cart.
The seat management module automatically allocates you the best available seats in the chosen category.
The price of the seats is inclusive of all taxes and rental fees.
Tickets can only be purchased by credit card.
The only cards that can be used to pay online are the following: Carte Bleue / Visa / Eurocard / Mastercard / American Express.
The buyer’s bank account will be immediately debited with the value of the tickets, including all charges, in euros.
Any validated order constitutes a firm and final sale.
Any modification or cancellation of the purchase is impossible.
The payment security by credit card is ensured by the SSL (Secure Socket Lysers) coding system of the PAYBOX company which encrypts and secures the confidential information.
When you click on the button “validate” after the process of order, you declare to accept it as well as the entirety of the present general conditions of sale.
The data registered by L’Olympia constitute the proof of all the transactions passed by L’Olympia and its customers. The data recorded by the secure payment system constitutes proof of the financial transactions.
3. TICKET WITHDRAWAL
The tickets will be sent via DHL service to the buyer (9.60€ per shipment in France and 15€ per shipment abroad) or printed by the buyer (1.80€ per order).
If the buyer chooses to pick up the tickets at the control (3€ per order), they can be picked up by the buyer from the day after the reservation until the evening of the show, at the Olympia ticket office, 28 boulevard des Capucines – 75009 PARIS, upon presentation of the purchase confirmation and an ID.
4. MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION, RETURN, EXCHANGE, SALE, CLAIMS
Olympia cannot be held responsible:
- in case of cancellation or postponement of a show
- for the content of the show
- for any change in the first part of the show
- for the artistic distribution
- for any change in the program
- for the time of the concert
Tickets are issued as soon as your order is validated and in accordance with the instructions of the producers/organizers of the shows.
They cannot be resold at a price higher than the value indicated on the ticket (Law of June 27, 1919). Any bearer of such a ticket may be refused entry.
The tickets are neither taken back, nor exchanged, nor refunded.
The beneficiary of the ticket must comply with the rules and customs of the hall, regardless of the show.
The purchaser must check the name, date and time of the show and the price of the ticket at the time of delivery.
No claims will be accepted afterwards.
If the show is interrupted for more than half its duration, the tickets will not be refunded.
If the date of the show is changed, the tickets will be refunded or validated on the date scheduled by the producer/organizer.
In case of cancellation or postponement of a show, only the price mentioned on the ticket will be refunded, including rental fees, excluding the cost of obtaining tickets and related costs (transportation, hotel, parking, etc…)
5. PRIVACY POLICY
The confidential information you provide is for the exclusive use of L’Olympia.
In accordance with the current regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose your personal data.

6. LAW APPLICABLE TO DISPUTES
This ticket sales contract is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is French.
In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
