If you’re looking to buy tickets for a sold-out show, you can:
- Sign up for an alert on the page of the artist you’re interested in. We’ll send you an email if new tickets go on sale or if a new date is added.
- Buy a ticket on the secondary market. However, we strongly advise you not to buy a ticket on a site that has not been mandated by the production company or venue, as you are exposing yourself to a high risk of scam: tickets for shows resold at exorbitant prices, counterfeit tickets, copies of the same ticket resold several times… Follow the guide to avoid scams: http://fanpasgogo.fr/sites/default/files/guide_publicvf.pdf
All sales are final. In compliance with the article L 121-20-4 from the French Consumer Code, tickets don’t come under the right to retract. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Information given during the order and on the ticket must be checked by the customer to ensure that it corresponds to the service requested. No subsequent claim can be taken into account for any reason of any kind.
However, you can have a refund in the case of postponement or cancellation:
- If the show is postponed and you have purchased your ticket from L’Olympia box office, you can request a refund by sending an email to billetterie@olympiahall.com.
- If the show is cancelled and you purchased your ticket from L’Olympia box office, you don’t need to do anything – we will refund you directly. In case that we no longer have access to your bank details to process the refund (due to an expired credit card, the use of an American Express card or a purchase made more than a year ago), the Reservations & Customer Relations team will contact you directly by email to request a bank account number.
It is not possible to change the name on an e-ticket. We remind you that, unless otherwise indicated at the time of the opening of the ticket office (identity control, nominative tickets, non-transferable tickets), the tickets are not nominative. You can therefore access the concert even if your name does not appear on the ticket.
If you purchased your ticket from L’Olympia, we invite you to go to the control, located on your right after the glass doors. If you bought your ticket at another ticket office, please contact the relevant sales office. We advise you to book an e-ticket and to save it on your phone as soon as you receive it in your mailbox. Please note that no screenshots of a ticket are allowed.
There is no need to print out your e-ticket; you can present it on your phone by increasing the brightness of your screen and zooming in on the barcode.
